Jed and Kathy Williams are the sole owners of their alfalfa seed and leafcutter bee operation. All three children play an active role in the daily operations of growing and retailing the seed and bees.
Both Jed and Kathy have agriculture in their backgrounds, Jed was raised on a 4,000 head sheep property near Esperance, Western Australia and Kathy on a grain and cattle farm in central Saskatchewan. Jed and Kathy met in Australia and settled in Kathy’s hometown of Imperial, Saskatchewan to farm and raise their family.

Sales of Jed’s Alfalfa Seed began in the spring of 2018. We offer a wide variety of clovers and grasses to complement the alfalfa seed grown on the farm.

Winter hardy and salt tolerant varieties of alfalfa are produced near Imperial and Kenaston, SK. This alfalfa seed is cleaned to a very high standard at our seed cleaning plant in Simpson, SK.

Over the past seven seasons alfalfa seed has been shipped from northern B.C. to southern Manitoba. We have happy customers across Western Canada, in Ontario & Quebec and in the States of Wisconsin and Kansas.
